This may be choosing colours suitable for interior, assistance with the certain details, or even total interior. The result of the consultation will be information for a client, or even, as often happens, ordering studies or preliminary sketches for verification of color and spatial resolution of the intended construction project.

1./ INTRODUCTORY MEETING

Each project means a lot of input data such as the client's individual needs, requirements for the using of the space, location, continuity to surrounding, individual tastes and ideas of the client and also finance.

I will discuss all this together with You and I will outline a path of cooperation, such as dates and terms, price and parts of the project, that You need to have from the architect.

It is up to the clients, to what depth he needs to handle the project. Some of the clients need only visualization, the other need the whole documentation for the authorities.

2./ SOLUTION OPTIONS

We arrange the dates in which we will consult proposed options and choose the one that works out as final. The most common result is that the resulting variant contains the elements of the variants. The resulting draft is always the result of consultation with the architect, the client does not have to worry about that for the first time will receive a final variant of the draft and will not be satisfied with it.

3./ PRICE

Price is always individual and is negotiable. When designing interiors or architecture, every project always vary in scope and, therefore, the price varies. My aim is that we successfully agree, not to budge from unnecessarily exaggerated prices.
